Different boring unit options can be added to the machine based on customer needs. With the help of the High-Performance drilling unit, vertical holes, side holes and canalization applications in different diameters can be performed.
An 8 position rotary tool changer is available with options up to 12 and 16 positions available upon request. The raptor ultra rotary tool change brings a next level tool changing experience with it’s highly efficient servo drive.
The automatic alignment system allows for the pre alignment of panels at the lift table before processing, speeding up the cycle times of the machine.
The heavy duty scissor lift designed to carry entire packs of panels varying in thickness
works in conjunction with the automatic loading unit ensuring panels are ready to be loaded at the end of each cycle.
With the material loaded from the heavy duty scissor lift, the panels are loaded with ease
and automatically aligned in position on the machine work table.
The cleaning and sweeping unit is an integral part of cnc nesting, with the parts being swept from the work table to the off load table and simultaneously cleaning the spoil board makes for a clean and productive solution..
The automatic off load table ergonomically designed for ease of operator use. Parts are transported directly to the operator at the end of the off load table. Two sets of optical eyes are located at the front and rear of the table allowing automatic delivery of the components when the first beam is activated, and automatic stop of the transfer table when the beam is activated at the end.
The automatic labelling system prints parts identification labels directly onto the sheet before it is loaded. This system allows the tracking of the component through out the entire manufacturing process and prevents costly mistakes.
Optional: Touch screen labelling at the end of the off load conveyer is also available.
